Training will prepare 100 women for leadership at the highest levels of public and private sector governance. Over the three-day training period, experienced and knowledgeable Trainers will deliver presentations in empowering themes:

- National Commitments Towards Gender Equality
- Transformational Leadership & Strategic Communication
- Corporate Governance
- Financial Statements for Business Decision-making
